Which puzzles is the case suitable for?
There are two variants:
- For puzzles up to 1000 pieces (73×53 cm)
- For puzzles up to 1500 pieces (94×63 cm)
PuzzlePro is suitable for all puzzle brands .
Will the puzzle pieces really stay in place?
Yes. Thanks to the sturdy puzzle board with good grip, the pieces stay neatly in place, even when you move the case. For best results, of course, handle with care .
Is the puzzle case also suitable for the elderly?
Yes. PuzzlePro is deliberately designed so that every puzzler can use it – young and old .
The suitcase is lightweight and has a sturdy handle, making it easy to move. The Velcro closures also consist of separate strips instead of one long strip. This makes opening and closing much easier , even for hands with less strength.

What materials is the puzzle case made of?
PuzzlePro is made from sturdy, durable materials that protect the puzzle and ensure it lasts a long time. The finish is premium and designed for intensive use.
Can I clean the records?
Yes, you can easily clean the puzzle pieces with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents.

Can I still change my order?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, this is often possible. Contact us immediately.
Shipping & Delivery Time
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
In the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery is within 95% of cases on the next working day . In Germany, this is within two working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is always free !
Costs may vary for other countries. Please check the rate in your shopping cart or contact us.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Return
What is the return period?
You have a full 30-day return policy. Returns are accepted as long as the product shows no signs of use or damage.
